Cranberry Orange Bread

I always wanted to make a cranberry bread  after I tasted the cinnammon raisin bread made in my bread machine. Last day J bought some salads from Costco and it had a small packet of nuts (a mixture of cashews and cranberries) in it . I saved it and then when I stumbled on this receipe, I just gave a quick try and it was really yummy!!! Though I made small changes in the ingredients used ,the bread came out great. My family really loved it .

Note :I used blanced almonds imstead of walnuts or pecans. Also I toasted the almonds over stovetop and allowed to cool. Later on, crushed it with hands.I didn't have a pastry blender so mixed the dry ingredients with butter by hand to make the mixture look like a coarse crumbs.I  didn't have orange zest so substituted it by lemon zest. Also instead of using a zester, I peeled the  outer skin of lemon and then chopped it into pieces on a chopping board with knife.
