Ingredients:
- 2 bananas cut into cubes
- 2tsp sugar
- 11/2 cup milk
- 1tsp ghee
- 1/4 cup each cashews and raisins
- 1tsp black sesame seeds
- In a bowl mix the bananas and sugar and leave it on the kitchen counter for 30 min.
- Add milk to the banana mixture .
- In a small shallow pan, heat ghee and fry golden raisins, until they begin to look like plum golden grapes; also fry cashew nuts until they turn golden brown.Add this to the banana mixture.
- In the same pan add a tsp of sesame seeds and fry it .Add this to the Thattippu rasayanam.
- Serve chilled.
