Snack time - Peanut balls

I got this receipe from my elemma(Aunt , fathers sister) who is indeed a good cook and knows lot of receipe. My kids are used to having lot of snacks in between regular food. My little one calls this snack as "Thadi ball" , Thadi means fat in malayalam .The ball that makes you grow fat.


Receipe for Peanut ball:

Ingredients:
Roasted peanuts - 11/2 cup
Brown sugar /white sugar - 1 cup

Directions :
Roast peanuts very well or you can use roasted peanuts from grocery shop.
Grind it along with sugar/brown sugar.
Make balls with the grinded mixture and the snack is ready .
Its really yummy and tastes like peanut butter .
This yields around 20 - 25 peanut balls and you can store it in an airtight
container for a week and do refridgerate if you want to store more than that .

Note :
I refridgerated it right away in an airtight container as you can't know sometimes the climate goes really bad and chances are there the balls may get spoiled.
