My daughter is big milk shake fan.She will have milk shakes three times a day if possible.
To make my kids eat fruits I can go to any extend is an example for this post of mine. I am sure most of you must have tried this.
Banana Apple Popsicle
Ingredients
Banana-1
Apple-1
Almonds-1/2 cup soaked in water for 20 minutes
Milk-1 cup
Sugar-1/4 cup
Ice cubes -1/2 cup
Method
Add all the ingredients into a blender and grind to smooth paste. Pour the milkshake into popsicle moulds and freeze them.
Serve chilled.
Makes a wonderful dessert .
